摘要
本文设计的模具用于有机玻璃制品的生产制造。文中分析了塑件工艺和材料性能,并确定了注射机的型号;完成了注射模具的浇注系统、分型面、排气系统、成型零部件、合模导向机构以及脱模机构的设计。同时,对注射机工艺参数进行校核,并完成了模架标准件的选用。
The mold designed in this paper is used in the production of plexiglass products.This paper analyzes the process and material properties of the plastic parts,and determines the model of the injection machine;completes the design of the gating system,parting surface,exhaust system,molding parts,clamping guide mechanism and demoulding mechanism of the injection mold.At the same time,the process parameters of injection molding machine are checked,and the selection of standard parts of mold base is completed.
