摘要
简要分析化工仪表工作性质和特点,利用HSE管理体系的理念,结合现有管理制度,提出了HSE管理体系在化工仪表管理中应用的实施办法。
According to the brief analysis of the working nature and characteristics of chemical instruments,Using the idea of HSE management system and combining with the existing management system,the implementation method of application of HSE management system in chemical instrument management is put forward.
