摘要
科创板服务于高科技创新型公司,其上市公司与主板公司相比所处成长阶段、员工构成等差异明显。在上市公司股权激励已成常态化的背景下,科创板上市公司特征引致科创板股权激励制度不断优化和创新。业绩考核在激励过程中发挥重要作用,文章发现即使科创板股权激励制度缺乏业绩考核创新,科创板公司股权激励实践中依然出现业绩目标多元化等自发性业绩考核设计创新,以此为基础进一步探讨了科创板公司股权激励之多元业绩考核体系构建问题。
STAR market serves high-tech innovative companies which are significantly different from companies in the main market. Under the background that the equity incentive of listed companies has become normal, the equity incentive system of STAR market has been continuously optimized and innovated due to the unique characteristics of its listed companies. Performance appraisal plays a key role in the incentive process. This paper discovered that even lacking innovation in performance evaluation of equity incentive system in STAR market, spontaneous performance appraisal design innovations such as performance goal diversification still take place in equity incentive practice. Based on that, this paper discusses the construction of multiple performance appraisal system in STAR market.
