加强本体感觉训练对改善KOA患者膝关节功能的康复治疗进展

The Progress of Rehabilitation Therapy on Improving Function for KOA Patients by Strengthening Proprioception Training

本研究的目的旨在讨论加强本体感觉训练对于改善膝骨关节炎患者功能的治疗效果.膝骨关节炎多发于中老年人,年龄越大,发病率也会越高.主要症状包括关节处疼痛、僵硬和关节不稳[1].如果不采取有效治疗方案,部分患者的症状会逐渐加重,从坐到站或者在行走过程中,跌倒风险会增加,从而导致残障残疾[2],进一步降低患者的生活质量,而且还会增加社会负担.本文采用文献研究法,主要研究各种本体感觉训练方式对于缓解疼痛、增强膝关节稳定性、强化膝关节肌肉力量的治疗效果.通过大量文献研究得出结论,运动疗法在KOA发展进程中对于控制KOA症状有至关重要的作用.其中加强本体感觉训练对于缓解KOA疼痛,改善其功能均具有明显疗效.本文对于本体感觉训练对KOA功能改善的效果、合理侧重选择肌力训练或本体感觉训练、运动训练过程的体位选择的研究进展进行了综述.

Objective:The purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of proprioceptive training on improving the functions of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Knee osteoarthritis tends to occur in middle-aged and elderly people.With the increase of age,the incidence of knee osteoarthritis will be more higher.The main symptoms included joint pain,stiffness and joint instability.If effective treatment is not adopted,the symptoms of some patients will gradually worsen,increasing the risk of falls,leading to disability,further affecting the quality of life of patients and increasing the social burden.By using the method of literature research,this paper mainly studies the therapeutic effects of various proprioception training methods on relieving pain,enhancing knee stability and strengthening muscle strength around the knee joint.Through a large number of literature studies,it is concluded that exercise therapy plays an important role in controlling KOA symptoms in the development of KOA.Among them,strengthening proprioception training has obvious effect on alleviating KOA pain and improving its function.This paper reviews the research progress on the effect of proprioception training on KOA function improvement,reasonable selection of muscle strength training or proprioception training,and body position selection during exercise training.
