米力农在难治性心力衰竭顽固性下肢水肿治疗中的疗效研究

目的探讨米力农在难治性心力衰竭顽固性下肢水肿治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年3月—2019年5月收治的42例难治性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规冠心病及抗心力衰竭药物治疗,即血管扩张剂、钙离子拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂等药物;试验组在此基础上加用静脉注射米力农(负荷剂量50μg/kg,缓慢滴注)。比较2组患者下肢水肿改善情况及治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果治疗后,试验组比对照组的生活质量评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农可以进一步改善难治性心力衰竭患者顽固性下肢水肿,并提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of milinone in the treatment of refractory lower limb edema in heart failure.Methods Select the inpatient in March 2018 to May 2019 were of 42 patients with refractory heart failure as the research object,according to the stochastic indicator method is divided into were randomly divided into two groups of the experimental group and the control group,control group given conventional coronary heart disease and heart failure,drug treatment namely,vasodilator,calcium channel blockers,beta blockers,diuretic drugs,etc.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with intravenous milinone combined with treatment(load dose:50 g/kg,slow infusion).To observe and compare the improvement of lower extremity edema and quality of life scores before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the quality of life score of the experimental group and the control group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group of patients nt-probnp significantly better than the control group,the two groups of nt-probnp level reduction amplitude difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The peripheral diameter of the lower leg of the experimental group was significantly reduced,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Milinone can not only improve the symptoms of heart failure,but also further improve the refractory lower limb edema in patients with refractory heart failure.
