工业气相色谱仪数据网关的研究与实现

从硬件、软件、协议解析几部分详细阐述了工业气相色谱仪数据网关的实现。硬件上应用美国Horner可编程逻辑控制器以系统集成方式实现前端色谱分析仪(逗号分隔符报文)与后端美国GE PLC(EGD协议)的互联互通,软件上调用子函数实现逗号分隔符报文的自定义格式解析,并应用循环移位数据模块实现有效数据的查询转换。同时研究了美国GE PLC的EGD通信协议,详述了CsCape编程软件的设置过程。经测试数据网关可以稳定的解析在线工业气相色谱仪的实时数据,并可靠的将数据传至后端GE PLC,达到了预期的设计效果。

The realization of industrial gas chromatograph data gateway is described in detail from hardware,software and protocol analysis.Hardware application United States Horner programmable logic controller to realize system integration way front-end chromatographic analyzer(comma separator message) with the back-end American GE PLC(EGD protocol) connectivity,sub function called software realize the comma separator,the custom of a message format,and applies the cyclic shift data module to realize the effective data query transformations.At the same time,the EGD communication protocol of GE PLC is studied,and the setting process of CsCape programming software is described in detail.The test data gateway can analyze the real-time data of the online industrial gas chromatograph stably,and transmit the data to the back end GE PLC reliably,achieving the expected design.
