益生菌早期强化肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤术后患者营养状态、免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of probiotics enhancing early enteral nutrition on the nutritional condition,immune function and inflammatory factor levels of post-operative patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的研究益生菌早期强化肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤术后患者营养状态、免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年11月于我院就诊的重型颅脑损伤术后患者124例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(62例)和研究组(62例)。对照组行常规胃管鼻饲肠内营养支持,研究组在对照组的基础上行益生菌早期强化肠内营养支持。观察两组患者营养状态、免疫功能及炎症水平。结果研究组血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、氮平衡(NB)含量均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组IgA、IgM、IgG含量均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论益生菌早期强化肠内营养能够显著增强重型颅脑损伤术后患者的免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,改善营养状态,在促进患者早期康复方面具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of probiotics enhancing early enteral nutrition on the nutritional condition,immune function and inflammatory factor levels of post-operative patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 124 post-operative patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(n=62)and a study group(n=62)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine enteral nutrition support through nasogastric gavage.Based on the treatment of the control group,the patients in the study group were additionally given probiotics for early enhancing enteral nutrition support.The nutritional condition,immune function and inflammatory levels were observed in both groups.Results The levels of serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and nitrogen balance(NB)in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Probiotics enhancing early enteral nutrition can significantly promote the immune function,inhibit the inflammatory response and improve the nutritional condition of post-operative patients with severe craniocerebral injury while inhibiting their inflammatory response,which is of great significance in promoting the early recovery of patients.
