摘要
目的探讨人工膝关节置换结合inside-out技术治疗膝外翻畸形的疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2019年3月本院膝外翻畸形100例病人,依据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予人工膝关节置换术治疗,观察组给予人工膝关节置换结合inside-out技术治疗。分析观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中出血量、住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗后的HSS评分、膝关节活动度高于对照组,股胫角低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗后的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工膝关节置换结合inside-out技术能够改善膝外翻畸形患者围术期情况,促进膝关节恢复,且安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of artificial knee arthroplasty combined with inside-out technique in the treatment of valgus knee deformity.Methods One hundred patients with valgus knee deformity in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received artificial knee arthroplasty,while the patients in the observation group received artificial knee arthroplasty combined with inside-out technology.The efficacy of the patients in two groups was analyzed and observed.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss and the hospitalization duration of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the HSS score and range of motion of knee joint of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the femorotibial angles were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial knee arthroplasty combined with inside-out technique can improve the perioperative situation of patients with valgus knee deformity,promote the recovery of the knee joint with good safety and worth of clinical promotion.
