Application of High Pier Construction Technology in Expressway Bridge Construction

本文主要围绕高墩施工技术在高速公路桥梁施工中的应用展开研究,通过分析当前高墩施工技术现状、施工特点和主要使用的施工技术,结合当前高速公路桥梁施工的重点和施工注意事项,探究高墩技术在模板工程、测量放样、支架安装、钢筋工程、混凝土浇筑和支架验算等环节存在的问题及解决方法,推动高墩施工更好地开展,保证各环节施工质量,延长桥梁使用寿命。

This paper mainly focused on the application of high pier construction technology in highway bridge construction.By analyzing the current high pier construction technology status,construction characteristics and the main construction technology used,combined with the current key points and construction precautions of highway bridge construction,this paper explored the high pier technology in formwork engineering,survey and setting out,support installation,reinforcement engineering,concrete pouring and the problems and solutions in support calculation and other links will promote the construction of high piers better,ensure the construction quality of each link,and extend the service life of bridges.
