不同类型器械组配时间系数分析法在医院消毒供应中心绩效考核中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨不同类型器械组配时间系数分析法在医院消毒供应中心绩效考核中的应用。方法于2018年3月,选取消毒供应中心所处理器械150件,根据精密程度不同,将器械分为精密复杂器械组和普通器械组,比较两组器械的组配时间、不同普通器械组配时间和不同精密器械组配时间。结果精密复杂器械的组配时间高于普通器械的组配时间(P<0.05);不同普通器械和不同精密复杂器械的组配时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以刀剪钳类器械器械的处理时间为单位1,则轴节齿类器械的时间系数为6.01,管腔类器械为26.46,腹腔镜手术器械为10.18,医用激光类器械为27.66,显微精密器械为45.94。结论利用时间系数分析法作为绩效考核的标准,可量化不同岗位的工作量,不仅能提高医护人员的工作积极性与专业能力,还能提升科室核心竞争力。在制定考核标准时,除考虑实际工作量,还应当考虑不同器械的组配难度系数与风险,制定科学合理的考核标准。 Objective To explore the application of the time coefficient analysis method of different types of instruments assembly in the performance evaluation of hospital disinfection supply center.Methods To select 150 pieces of instruments handled by the disinfection supply center in March 2018,according to the degree of precision,the instruments were divided into a precise and complex instrument group and a ordinary instrument group.The assembly time of the two groups of instruments,the assembly time of different ordinary instruments and the assembly time of different precision instruments were compared.Results The assembly time of precise and complex instruments was higher than that of ordinary instruments(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the assembly time of different ordinary instruments and the assembly time of different precision instruments(P<0.05).Taking the processing time of knife,scissors and pliers as the unit of 1,the time coefficient r of shaft cardo tooth instruments were 6.01,luminal instruments were 26.46,laparoscopic surgical instruments were 10.18,and medical laser instruments were 27.66,and the microscopic precision equipment were 45.94.Conclusion The application of the time coefficient analysis method as the standard of performance evaluation can quantify the workload of different positions,not only can improve the work enthusiasm and professional ability of medical staff,but also enhance the core competitiveness of the division.When formulating assessment standards,in addition to considering the actual workload,the difficult coefficient and risk of different instruments assembly should also be considered,and scientific and reasonable assessment standards should be formulated.
