脊柱骨折术后患者并发压力性损伤的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of concurrent pressure injury after patients underwent spine fracture surgery

目的探讨脊柱骨折术后患者并发压力性损伤状况,分析其发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年5月在我院接受手术治疗的362例脊柱骨折临床资料,分析术后患者并发压力性损伤状况及其影响因素。结果362例接受手术治疗后的脊柱骨折患者中,并发压力性损伤的有68例,发生率为18.78%;两组患者性别、吸烟史、饮酒史、高血脂症、高血压及术后疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);压力性损伤组的年龄、肥胖、营养不良及糖尿病占比均较无压力性损伤组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析发现,年龄、肥胖、营养不良、糖尿病为脊柱骨折术后并发压力性损伤的相关影响因素。结论年龄、肥胖、营养不良、糖尿病为脊柱骨折术后并发压力性损伤的相关影响因素,临床应积极采取有效干预措施,以减少预后风险。

Objective To explore the condition of concurrent pressure injury after patients underwent spine fracture surgery and analyze the influencing factors.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 362 cases of patients with spine fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019,and analyzed the status of postoperative pressure injury and its influencing factors.Results Among 362 cases of patients with spine fractures who underwent surgical treatment,there were 68 cases with pressure injuries,with 18.78%of incidence rate.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,smoking history,drinking history,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and postoperative pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of age,obesity,malnutrition,and diabetes in the pressure injury group were all higher than that of no pressure injury group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,obesity,malnutrition and diabetes were the related influencing factors of postoperative pressure injury after spinal fracture surgery.Conclusion The age,obesity,malnutrition and diabetes were the related influencing factors of postoperative pressure injury after spinal fracture surgery.The effective intervention measures should be actively taken in clinical practice to reduce the risk of prognosis.
