摘要
目的探讨康复助手APP在特发性脊柱侧凸患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年2月在我院行后路脊柱矫形术的青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者84例作为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上利用康复助手APP进行健康教育。比较两组患者对护理满意度、疼痛及心理状态评分和并发症的发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组VAS评分、ASA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复助手APP程序应用于特发性脊柱侧凸患者围术期健康教育中的效果优于常规健康教育,能改善患者疼痛及焦虑状态,减少围术期并发症的发生率,且患者对护理满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation assistant APP in perioperative health education for patients with idiopathic scoliosis.Methods A total of 84 adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients who underwent posterior spinal orthopedics in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine health education,The observation group used the rehabilitation assistant APP for health education on the basis of regular health education.The two groups of patients were compared on nursing satisfaction,pain and mental status scores,and the occurrence of complications.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of VAS and ASA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the rehabilitation assistant APP program in the perioperative health education of patients with idiopathic scoliosis is better than conventional health education.It can improve the pain and anxiety of the patients,reduce the incidence of perioperative complications,and the patients are more Nursing satisfaction is high.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
