授权管理对急诊科护士职业倦怠及职业认同感的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨授权管理对急诊科护士职业倦怠及职业认同感的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年5月在我院急诊科从事护理工作的30名护士为研究对象,将2018年11月至2019年1月做为实施前,2019年2—5月做为实施后。比较实施前后核心胜任力、职业倦怠及职业认同感。结果授权管理实施后,护士职业倦怠感评分低于实施前(P<0.05);护士职业认同感评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科护士实施授权管理,能够有效改善其职业倦怠,提高职业认同感,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of authorization management on job burnout and professional identity of nurses in emergency department.Methods To select 30 nurses who were engaged in nursing work in the emergency department of our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects,and the period from November 2018 to January 2019 was taken as the pre-implementation period,and the period from February to May 2019 was taken as the post-implementation period.The core competencies,job burnout and job recognition before and after implementation were compared.Results After the authorization management was implemented,the nurses'job burnout score was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05);the nurses'job recognition score was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of authorization management in nurses of emergency department can effectively improve their job burnout and improve their sense of professional identity,which was worth popularizing and applying.
