摘要
目的探讨信息化教学在《基础护理学》操作技能中的应用。方法选择2017级的护理专业6个班级,随机选取3个班共152名为研究组,另3个班共154名为对照组。研究组实施《基础护理学》信息化教学,对照组实施《基础护理学》传统护理课堂教学。比较两组护生护理专业理论知识、护理专业操作技能、护理综合素质。结果研究组基础知识、护理计划、健康宣教、人文关怀及总评成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组基本技能、案例分析能力、临床思维能力、护患沟通能力及总评成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组主动学习能力、知识综合能力、职业素质能力、团队合作能力及总评成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过信息化教学对护士《基础护理学》操作技能培养,可完善教学全过程实时评价和指导,激发学生自身为学习主体的学习兴趣,提升学生学习效果和临床思维能力的专业水平,具有教学和临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of informationized teaching in the operating skills of"Basic Nursing Science".Methods To select 6 classes from 2017 nursing major,a total of 152 nurses in 3 classes were selected randomly as a study group,and 154 nurses from the other 3 classes were set as a control group.The study group implemented"Basic Nursing Science"informatized teaching,and the control group implemented"Basic Nursing Science"traditional nursing classroom teaching.The nursing students'nursing professional theoretical knowledge in the two groups,nursing professional operating skills,and comprehensive nursing quality were compared.Results The basic knowledge,nursing plan,health education,humanistic care and overall evaluation scores in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The basic skills,ability of case analysis,clinical thinking ability,nurse-patient communication ability,and overall evaluation scores in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The active learning ability,comprehensive ability of knowledge,ability of professional quality,teamwork ability,and overall evaluation scores in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of operational skills of"Basic Nursing Science"for nurses through information-based teaching can improve the real-time evaluation and guidance of the whole teaching process,stimulate students'interest in learning as the main body of learning,and enhance the professional level of students'learning effects and clinical thinking ability,it had teaching and clinical application value.
