PBL教学联合场景模拟教育对新毕业护士临床实践能力及理论知识水平的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学联合场景模拟教育对新毕业护士临床实践能力及理论知识水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院实习的新毕业护士32名为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组护士给予传统教育方式,观察组护士给予PBL教学联合场景模拟教育。比较两组新护士临床实践操作能力、理论知识水平及核心胜任力。结果观察组新毕业护士的临床实践操作能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新毕业护士的临床理论知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新毕业护士的核心胜任力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在毕业新护士入职培训中应用PBL教学联合场景模拟教育,能够有效提升新护士的评估干预、人际交往、知识综合、评判思维及管理协调能力,提高其理论知识掌握水平、临床实践操作能力和核心胜任力,有利于临床护理的优质开展。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching combined with scene simulation education on the clinical practice ability and theoretical knowledge level of newly graduated nurses.Methods To select 32 newly graduated nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group in chronological order.The control group nurses were given traditional education methods,and the observation group nurses were given PBL teaching combined with scene simulation education.The clinical practice ability,theoretical knowledge level and core competence of the new nurses of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical practice ability score of newly graduated nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical theoretical knowledge score of newly graduated nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The core competence score of newly graduated nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching combined with scene simulation education in the induction training of newly graduated nurses can effectively improve the assessment and intervention,interpersonal communication,knowledge synthesis,critical thinking and management coordination capabilities of new nurses,and improve their theoretical knowledge mastery and clinical practice ability and core competencies,which was conducive to the high-quality development of clinical care.
