改良皮肤消毒固定法在极低出生体重儿PICC穿刺中的应用

摘要 目的探讨改良皮肤消毒固定法在极低出生体重儿PICC穿刺部位皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年9月接收的应用PICC导管极低出生体重儿112例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上应用0.5%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇对穿刺点周围皮肤消毒,1 min后蘸取0.3 ml生理盐水除去葡萄糖酸氯己定醇,再用水胶体敷料固定穿刺点,比较两组患儿PICC导管穿刺点部位皮肤损伤发生情况。结果研究组皮肤总损伤率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论极低出生体重儿PICC穿刺部位应用改良消毒固定法,可明显降低PICC穿刺部位皮肤损伤率,提高安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of improved skin disinfecting fixation method in the skin care of PICC puncture sites in infants with very low birth weight.Methods We selected 112 cases of infants with very low birth weight who were received PICC catheter in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given 0.5%chlorhexidine gluconate used to disinfect the skin around the puncture point on the basis of routine nursing.After 1 minute,0.3 ml of saline was taken to remove the chlorhexidine gluconate,and the puncture point was fixed with a hydrocolloid dressing.The skin injury at the puncture point of the PICC catheter in children patients of the two groups were compared.Results The total skin damage rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved skin disinfecting fixation method applied to the PICC puncture site of infants with very low birth weight can significantly reduce the skin damage rate at the PICC puncture site and improve safety.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
