凹槽形3M弹力胶布固定法应用于ICU气管插管患者的效果研究

Study on the effect of groove-shaped 3M elastic tape fixation method in ICU patients with tracheal intubation

目的探讨经口气管插管安全、舒适有效的固定方法。方法选择2019年3—6月我科收治的107例经口插管患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组54例和观察组53例,对照组采用传统固定法,观察组采用凹槽形3M弹力胶布固定法,比较两组气管插管固定效果、口唇及面部皮肤损伤情况、固定时间及舒适度情况。结果观察组在面部皮肤损伤情况、固定时间及舒适度上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在气管插管固定效果上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论凹槽形3M弹力胶布固定法可降低面部皮肤损伤,缩短固定时间,提高清醒患者舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the safe,comfortable and effective fixation method of oral endotracheal intubation.Methods We selected 107 cases of patients with oral endotracheal intubation admitted to our department from March to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 54 cases and an observation group of 53 cases.The control group used traditional fixation method and the observation group used groove-shaped 3M elastic tape fixation method to compare the fixation effect of the tracheal intubation,the injury of the lips and the facial skin,the fixation time and the comfort of the two groups.Results The injury of the facial skin,fixation time and comfort in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fixation effect of the tracheal intubation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of groove-shaped 3M elastic tape fixation method can reduce facial skin damage,shorten the fixation time,and improve the comfort of conscious patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
