纯钛表面复合纳米微球涂层的构建及其体外释药特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在纯钛表面构建载结缔组织生长因子/聚乳酸纳米微球的复合涂层。方法:采用复乳法制备结缔组织生长因子/聚乳酸纳米微球,通过渗涂交联法在微弧氧化纯钛表面构建复合涂层,PBS透析法研究其体外释药特性。结果:扫描电镜下可见微球主要黏附在微弧氧化涂层的微孔中,通过明胶彼此交联至微孔壁。该涂层释药特性表现为前8h的少量药物快速释放和随后30d的药物缓慢释放。结论:在纯钛表面构建出来的复合涂层,是一种潜在的应用于牙科种植体基台表面的促进软组织封闭涂层。 Objective: To fabricate a composite coating with connective tissue growth factor-loaded poly(L-lactic acid) nanoparticles on micro-arc oxidized titanium. Methods: The connective tissue growth factor-loaded poly(L-lactic acid) nanoparticles were prepared by double emulsion method. And the composite coating was fabricated by permeating and cross-linking the connective tissue growth factor-loaded poly(L-lactic acid) nanoparticles on micro-arc oxidized titanium. The release behavior of the coating was examined by PBS dialysis in vitro. Results: The nanoparticles were well distributed in the pores and cross-linked with each other and to the wall pores on micro-arc oxidation coating. The release study indicated that the coating could achieve sustained release of connective tissue growth factor for 30 days, with a slight initial burst release in the first 8 hours. Conclusion: The composite coating fabricated on titanium is a potentially promising method for promoting soft tissue biological seal on dental implant abutment surface.
