开口度及牙弓长度、宽度对11#~14#Gracey刮治器使用的影响

The influences of mouth opening,the length and width of dental arch on the use of Gracey curettes

目的:探讨开口度及牙弓长度、宽度对Gracey刮治器龈下刮治时根面贴合度的影响。方法:在郑州大学东校区随机选取100名大学生,测量其开口度、牙弓长度和宽度,将其转化为“牙弓工作角度”,与刮治器柄倾斜度比较;对受检者和欧美人群开口度均值进行比较。结果:所选研究对象右下第二磨牙近、远中面的“牙弓工作角度”均小于所适用Gracey刮治器与牙面完全贴合时刮治器柄倾斜度(P<0.05);受试者开口度小于欧美人群(P<0.05)。结论:Gracey刮治器龈下刮治时根面贴合度受开口度及牙弓长度、宽度的综合影响,其中开口度小对Gracey刮治器后牙龈下刮治效果影响更明显。

Objective:To study the influences of the maximum mouth opening(MMO),the length and width of dental arch on the fit-ness between Gracey curette and the corresponding root surface.Methods:100 undergraduate students from medical college of Zheng-zhou university were recruited at random.MMO,the length and width of dental arch were measured and the newly defined working an-gles were calculated,which were subsequently compared with the inclinations of the Gracey curette neck.MMO of the Chinese under-graduate students was compared with that of European and American counterparts.Results:The working angles of the second molar on both the mesial surface and the distal surface were smaller than the inclinations of the Gracey curette when it can totally fit the surface of the dental root(P<0.05).MMO of the subjects was smaller than that of European and American counterparts(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:MMO,arch length and dental arch width are found to have a comprehensive influence on the fitness between Gracey curette and the corresponding root surface,and the small MMO is suggested to have a significant effect.
