息肉样脉络膜血管病变的手术治疗

Surgery therapy for polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy

随着眼内注药抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的发展,息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)的早期治疗有了一定的认识和发展。PCV一旦合并严重的玻璃体积血,治疗较棘手。本文就PCV发生玻璃体积血的原因,不同手术方式对于合并玻璃体积血的PCV的治疗,其中包括单纯玻璃体切割术、玻璃体腔注气术、术中联合玻璃体腔注药和PDT治疗、玻璃体切割联合CF6、视网膜色素上皮移植、其他玻璃体切割的联合手术以及手术常见并发症、复发及预后等进行综述。

With the development of intraocular injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)drugs,early treatment of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV)has more understanding and development.Once PCV combined with vitreous hemorrhage,treatment becomes much more difficult.The causes of vitreous hemorrhage in PCV,treatment of PCV with vitreous hemorrhage by different surgical methods,including simple vitrectomy,vitreous gas injection,intraoperative combined with vitrectomy and PDT,vitrectomy combined with CF6,retinal pigment epithelium transplantation and other vitrectomy,as well as common operation complications,postoperative recurrence and prognosis are summarized in this article.
