集束化护理干预对新生儿体格及神经行为的影响

目的研究集束化护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病(H I E)新生儿体格及神经行为的影响。方法选取2015年12月-2017年12月在广东省东莞市第三人民医院出生的H I E新生患儿40例为研究对象,根据新生患儿的出生顺序编号,奇数作为观察组,偶数作为对照组,每组20例。对照组患儿采用常规护理方式进行护理,观察组患儿给予集束化护理干预。比较两组患儿的神经行为评分、体格发育情况以及神经系统后遗症的发生率。结果护理干预15 d、30 d后,观察组NBNA评分均明显高于对照组;观察组新生儿头围、体重及身长的增长均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的神经系统后遗症的发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组患儿的45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预可刺激患儿大脑皮层的活动,保护患儿神经系统,提高患儿行动能力并促进其体格发育。

Objective To study the effects of cluster nuring intervention on the physical and neurological behavior of newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods From December 2015 to December 2017,40 HIE newborn born in Dongguan Third People's Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the study objects.According to the birth order number of the newborn,odd number was used as the observation group,while even number was used as the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The pediatric patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the pediatric patients in the observation group were treated with cluster nursing intervention.The neurobehavioral scores,physical development,and incidence of neurological sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days and 30 days of intervention,the NBNA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the growth of head circumference,body weight and body length of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neurological sequelae in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group with 45.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention could stimulate the activity of the cerebral cortex of pediatric patients,protect the nervous system of pediatric patients,improve the ability of action and promote the physical development of pediatric patients.
