X射线自动曝光控制摄影辐射防护检测的探讨

摘要 目的探讨现代X射线摄影设备在自动曝光控制模式下辐射防护检测的可行性和检测条件。方法通过解析自动曝光控制的原理,确定采用自动曝光控制模式是否能满足GBZ130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》中对于辐射防护检测的摄影条件要求。结果自动曝光控制模式是在充分发挥X射线管效能的前提下,获得具有清晰度稳定、高质量影像的X射线摄影方法。因此,在自动曝光控制模式下,无论是手动设置管电流还是自动确定管电流,管电流都能够满足GBZ130-2013中对于辐射防护检测的要求。对于能够显示曝光时间的设备,采用自动曝光控制模式能够为仪器响应读数时间修正提供曝光时间;对于不能够显示曝光时间的X射线摄影设备,通过测定曝光时间,同样能够为仪器响应读数时间修正提供曝光时间。结论对于具备自动曝光控制功能的X射线摄影设备,在辐射防护检测中采用自动曝光控制模式来完成辐射防护检测工作完全可以满足GBZ130-2013中对于辐射防护检测的管电流和曝光时间的要求。 Objective To explore the feasibility and detection conditions of radiation protection testing of modern X-ray photography equipment in the mode of automatic exposure control(AEC)mode.Methods By analyzing the principle of AEC,it was determined whether the AEC mode could meet the requirements of GBZ 130-2013 Requirements for radiological protection in medical X-ray diagnosis for radiation protection detection.Results AEC mode was a kind of X-ray photography method which could obtain high quality image with stable definition on the premise of X-ray tube efficiency into full play.Therefore,under AEC mode,either manually or automatically determine the tube current,the tube current was able to meet GBZ 130-2013 for the requirement of radiation protection detection.For the equipment that could display exposure time,the AEC mode could provide exposure time for instrument response time correction.For the equipment that could not display the exposure time,by measuring the exposure time,the AEC mode also could provide exposure time for instrument response time correction.Conclusion For X-ray photographic equipment with AEC function,the use of AEC mode to complete the radiological protection detection could fully meet the requirements of GBZ 130-2013 on tube current and exposure time of radiation protection detection.
