固有淋巴细胞在肺部感染和免疫中的作用

The role of innate lymphoid cells in lung infection and immunity

摘要 近些年来研究表明,固有淋巴细胞(ILCs)在感染过程中成为黏膜表面保护和修复的关键介质。肺是一种动态的黏液组织,暴露在过多的微生物中,是呼吸道感染的好发部位,病原体不仅是全世界死亡的主要原因,也与疾病发生和生活质量下降密切相关。肺提供了一个丰富的微环境,可以研究固有淋巴细胞的背景下探讨先天性气道的自我保护机制,不仅在健康方面,而且在疾病阐明方面有其独特的功能。本文综述了固有淋巴细胞如何在肺部抵抗病毒、寄生虫、细菌和真菌的挑战中发挥其作用,以及固有淋巴细胞在肺部介导的免疫机制的作用,为指导临床治疗提供依据。 In recent years,studies have shown that innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)become a key medium for the protection and repair of mucosal surfaces during infection.The lung is a dynamic mucus tissue that is exposed to too many microorganisms and is a good place for respiratory infections.Pathogens are not only the main cause of death worldwide,but also closely related to the occurrence of diseases and the decline in quality of life.The lungs provide a rich microenvironment that can investigate the self-protection mechanism of congenital airways in the context of ILCs,not only in terms of health,but also in terms of disease elucidation.This paper reviews how ILCs play its role in lungs against the challenges of viruses,parasites,bacteria and fungi,as well as the role of ILCs in lung-mediated immune mechanisms to guide clinical Treatment as a basis.
