葛根芩连汤对糖尿病及其并发症研究进展

Research progress of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on diabetes mellitus and its complications

糖尿病是目前已经得到公认的、危害广泛的、全身代谢异常的疾病,也是常见的慢性疾病之一,受环境、遗传、应激、生活方式、饮食结构等因素的影响。近年来,在世界范围内,糖尿病患病率在逐年增加,已构成全球性危害。国际糖尿病联盟2015年的统计数据显示,全世界糖尿病患者约有4.15亿,预计到2040年时可达6.42亿。糖尿病患者的医疗费用支出及其家庭负担的日趋增加,已严重影响患者的生命健康和生活质量。医学界也已对糖尿病及并发症有了较多的认识,且在中西医结合治疗方面亦取得了一定的成效。本文拟就葛根芩连汤(GGQLD)对糖尿病及其并发症的研究进展进行综述,以期为该病的临床治疗提供依据和借鉴。

Diabetes is a widely recognized,harmful,systemic metabolic disorder,and also one of the common chronic diseases.It is influenced by environment,heredity,stress,lifestyle,diet,and other factors.The prevalence of diabetes has been increasing in the world in recent years,which has become a global hazard.There are about 415 million people with diabetes worldwide,according to the statistics of the International Diabetes Union in 2015.By 2040,the figure is expected to be 642 million.The increasing medical expense and family burden of patients with diabetes have seriously affected their health and quality of life.The medical profession has already had a lot of understanding of the diabetes and the complication,and has also obtained the certain achievements in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.In this paper,the research progress of Gegen Qinlian Decotion(GGQLD)on diabetes and its complications are reviewed,in order to provide basis and reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
