先兆流产的实验室指标临床研究现状及进展

The current situation and progress of clinical research on laboratory indexes of threatened abortion

先兆流产指的是在妊娠28周之前,阴道出现少量流血等情况,宫口未开、胎膜处于完整状态,针对此种情况需要加大关注力度,给予及时的诊断与治疗,提高产妇与婴幼儿的生存率。在目前对先兆流产的诊断中,实验室相关检查方法及指标得到了广泛的应用。本文主要对先兆流产的实验室指标临床研究现状及进展进行综述,实验室指标包括血清生化免疫指标(孕酮、雌激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素、糖类抗原125、血清抑制素、抗心磷脂抗体),双亲染色体异常,胚胎染色体异常,感染情况检查及内分泌指标检查,临床医生应结合多种因素选择不同的实验室指标进行检查,从而对先兆流产做出准确的诊断。

Premonitory abortion refers to a small amount of bleeding in the vagina before the 28 th week of pregnancy. The uterus is not opened and the fetal membrane is in a complete state. In view of this situation,we need to pay more attention,give timely diagnosis and treatment,and improve the survival rate of mothers and infants. In the current diagnosis of threatened abortion,laboratory related examination methods and indexes have been widely used. This paper mainly reviews the current situation and progress of clinical research on the laboratory indexes of threatened abortion,laboratory indexes include serum biochemical and immune indexes(progesterone,estrogen,human chorionic gonadotropin,carbohydrate antigen 125,serum inhibin,anticardiolipin antibody),chromosome abnormality of parents,chromosome abnormality of embryos,infection and endocrine index,clinicians should choose different laboratory indexes for examination in combination with various factors,so as to make accurate diagnosis on threatened abortion.
