正畸中不同托槽粘接剂对牙釉质脱矿的效果观察

Observation of the effect of different bracket adhesive on enamel demineralization in orthodontics

目的观察应用光固化玻璃离子粘接剂(GCFuji)与牙釉质粘合树脂对牙面釉质脱矿的影响和不同年龄人群在正畸过程中对牙釉质脱矿的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2017年12月天津市南开区王顶堤医院收治的治疗结束的不拔牙矫治患者56例,按照所用托槽粘接剂分为树脂粘接剂组和GCFuji组,树脂粘接剂组使用树脂粘接剂粘接托槽,GCFuji组使用GCFuji正畸粘接剂粘接托槽。56例患者再按照年龄分为成年组和青少年组,成年组年龄≥18岁,青少年组年龄<18岁。分别观察比较各组牙釉质脱矿情况。结果树脂粘接剂组与GCFuji组脱矿率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);成年组与青少年组牙釉质脱矿率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GCFuji正畸粘接剂在防止牙釉质脱矿方面优于牙釉质粘合树脂,成年组与青少年组牙面脱矿情况虽没有明显差异,但青少年组牙面脱矿要稍重于成年组,这和正畸过程中口腔卫生的维护关系密切。

Objective To observe the effect of light-cured glass ionomer cement adhesive(GC Fuji) and enamel adhesive resin on enamel demineralization and the effect of different age groups on enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, fifty-six patients with non extraction orthodontic treatment admitted to Tianjin Nankai District Wangdingdi Hospital were selected and divided into resin adhesive group and GC Fuji group according to the bracket adhesive used. In the resin adhesive group, the brackets were bonded with resin adhesive, while the GCFuji orthodontic adhesive in the GC Fuji group. Fifty-six patients were further divided into adult group and adolescent group according to their age. The age of adult group was more than or equal to 18 years old, while that of adolescent group was less than 18 years old. The enamel demineralization was observed and compared between the groups. Results The difference of demineralization rate between resin adhesive group and GC Fuji group was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in demineralization rate between adult group and adolescent group(P>0.05).Conclusion GC Fuji orthodontic adhesive was better than enamel adhesive resin in preventing enamel demineralization. Although there was no significant difference in demineralization between adult group and adolescent group, the demineralization in adolescent group was slightly more severe than that in adult group, which was closely related to the maintenance of oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment.
