Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute gangrenous perforated appendicitis. Methods Eighty patiants with acute gangrene perforated appendicitis admitted to Tianjin Wuqing District Wangqingtuo Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the different operation methods with40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation, while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery. The operation time, the time of getting out of bed, the postoperative exhaust time, the time of hospitalization and the complications such as wound infection and residual abscess were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, the time of getting out of bed, the postoperative exhaust time and the time of hospitalization were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 2.5%, lower than 20.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with acute gangrene perforated appendicitis was advocated, which had obvious curative effect, could control the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patientsas soon as possible.
