建筑工程管理应包括建筑工程建设及运行过程的管理。建筑能源审计是提高建筑工程运行管理的方法之一,是从微观的角度对单个建筑物运行耗能因素的审计。以介绍公共建筑能源资源利用现状及审计方法为切入点,分析了建筑能源审计可以解决的问题。在探讨能源审计方法的基础上,结合相关实践经验,通过对建筑物用能数据的统计分析及用能系统的测试,发掘公共建筑用能系统的节能潜力,提出有效的提升用能效率建议,为今后公共建筑运行过程中的用能效率提升起到一定的参考作用。

Construction engineering management should include the management of construction engineering construction and operation process.Building energy audit is one of the methods to improve the operation management of construction projects.It is an audit of the energy consumption factors of individual buildings from a micro perspective.This article analyzes the problems that can be solved by building energy auditing by introducing the current status of public building energy resources utilization and auditing methods.Based on the discussion of energy audit methods,combined with relevant practical experience,through statistical analysis of building energy consumption data and testing of energy consumption systems,the energy saving potential of public building energy consumption systems is explored,and effective energy efficiency improvement suggestions are proposed,play a certain reference role for the improvement of energy efficiency in the operation of public buildings in the future.
