摘要 介绍旧城区道路升级改造中应用了海绵城市低影响开发技术,通过该技术从根源上解决内涝问题和缓解热岛效应,提高防灾减灾能力和节能减排功能,改善人居生态环境。 Introduce the application of sponge city low impact development technology in the road upgrading and reconstruction of old urban area,through which the problem of waterlogging and the effect of heat island can be solved from the root,the ability of disaster prevention and reduction,the function of energy conservation and emission reduction can be improved,and the ecological environment of human settlements can be improved.
