骨料含量对水泥基材料抗压/劈裂强度的影响

Influence of Aggregate Content on Compressive/Splitting Tensile Strength of Cementitious Materials

摘要 骨料作为混凝土中体积占比最大的组分,对材料的性能影响显著。试验研究了不同骨料体积率对水泥基材料抗压、劈裂力学性能的影响,发现水泥基材料的表观密度随骨料含量的增大呈线性增长的趋势,在骨料体积率由0增大到80%的过程中,水泥基材料的抗压强度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,劈裂强度则相反,且水泥基材料的脆性呈现先增大后减小的趋势。 Aggregate,as the largest component in volume,significantly affects the properties of concrete.This study focuses on the influence of aggregate content on compressive/splitting tensile behavior of cementitious materials.Results indicate that the bulk density increases monotonically with the content of coarse aggregate.In terms of compressive strength,it decreases first and then increases as the aggregate content increases from 0 to 80%.In contrast,the splitting tensile strength and brittleness of cementitious materials increase first but decrease as the aggregate volume surpasses 60%.
