信息时代的到来对财经类高校人才培养提出了新挑战。与之前工业经济时代对财经类人才的专业知识单维度要求相比,更强调思考和解决问题能力的培养;而且信息技术对传统教学模式的颠覆性改造,也使教师的角色定位正在发生变化。因此财经类高校纷纷提出了以满足时代要求的人才培养为中心的新经管发展战略,旨在培养适应新经济发展要求的经济管理人才,而这一目标的实现必然离不开科学的认知以及相关制度建设,因而基于信息时代的新经管战略背景下,探讨财经类高校教学科研协同育人问题具有重要意义。

The arrival of the information age has put forward new challenges to the talent cultivation of finance and economics universities.Compared with the previoussingle-dimensional requirements for the professional knowledge of economic and management talents in the industrial economy era,more emphasis is placed on the cultivation of thinking and problem-solving ability.The role of teachers is also changing.Therefore,universities of finance and economics have put forward a new strategy centered on the training of talents to meet the requirements of the times,aiming at training economic management talents to meet the requirements of the new economic development,and the realization of this goal necessarily depends on the establishment of effective mechanism.Therefore,under the background of the new management strategy in the information age,it is of great significance to explore the innovative mechanism of cooperative education of teaching and scientific research in finance and economics universities.
