摘要
文章以教育部颁布的《大学英语教学指南》为依据,以满足学生个人、社会和学科发展的需求为目标,探讨地方综合性大学跨文化素质教育课程建设与创新,以及符合新时代国家人才培养战略,为大学生提供优质外语教育的具体教学措施。
Based on A Guide Book to College English Teaching promulgated by the Ministry of Education and aiming at the target of satisfying the developing need of individual students,society and various disciplines,this paper explores the construction and innovation of intercultural quality-oriented education curriculums of a local comprehensive university as well as specific teaching measures that conform to the strategies of national talent cultivation in the new era and provide college students with high-quality foreign language education.
