摘要
“三全育人”是推进高校育人实效的重要方法。在育人过程中教育主体间、教育主客体间和校园内外环境等存在话语上的差异。这些差异已然制约了高校人才的培养质量,需要教育工作者在“三全育人”理念下系统构建育人共同体及其话语体系,不断完善育人主体能力,丰富育人话语内涵,融合育人话语载体,提升育人话语实效,切实发挥育人共同体话语体系的价值引领作用。
"Three-all Education"is an important method to promote the effectiveness of college education.In the process of educating people,there are discourse differences among educational subjects,between educational subjects and objects,and within and outside campus environment.These differences have already restricted the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.It is necessary for educators to systematically build an education community and its discourse system under the concept of"three-all education",constantly improve the main ability of education,enrich the content of education,and integrate education.The discourse carrier enhances the effectiveness of the education discourse,and effectively exerts the value leading role of the education community discourse system.
