摘要
目的为提高基层全科医生医疗服务能力培养的针对性,开展临床常见症状、临床基本技能和公共卫生服务能力岗位需求调研,以期为教学改革提供依据。方法红河州卫生健康委员会以红头文件向各县(市)卫计局发放调查问卷,针对《诊断学》课程中32种临床常见症状、《基临床本技能操作手册》课程中26项临床基本技能和《基本公共卫生服务技术培训指导手册》课程中12项基本公共卫生服务能力在基层诊治和应用的频率进行调查。结果32种临床常见症状中,在基层医疗诊治中遇到非常多的包括2种,遇到比较多的包括5种,遇到频率一般的包括7种;26项临床基本操作技能中,在基层医疗诊治中应用非常多的包括5项,应用比较多的包括7项;12项基本公共卫生服务能力中,在基层医疗中应用非常多的包括8项,应用比较多的包括3项。结论这些结果可以为以岗位胜任力需求为导向的教学改革提供直接依据。
Objective is to improve the pertinence of the training of basic general medical service capabilities of practitioners,the post-demand investigation of common clinical symptoms,basic clinical skills,and that public health service capacity is conducted to provide a basis for teaching reform.Methods are that the Honghe Prefecture Health and Health Committee issued questionnaires with red-headed documents to counties(cities)and health bureaus.32 types of common clinical symptoms,26 basic clinical skills and 12 basic public health service capabilities were investigated.Results of the 32 common clinical symptoms are that two are encountered in primary care diagnosis and treatment,five are encountered more frequently,and seven are encountered general frequently;of the 26 basic clinical operation skills,5 are applied in primary medical diagnosis and treatment,and 7 are applied more frequently;of the 12 basic public health service capabilities,8 are used very much in primary care,and 3 are used more frequently.Conclusion is that these results can provide a basis for post-competitive and demand-oriented teaching reform.
