摘要
为贯彻落实党的十九大精神,响应国务院办公厅印发《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》,应用型高校积极探索人才培养新模式,实现专业与产业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与工作过程对接。文章总结了学校转型发展指导思想和研究实践思路,面向本校机械类专业群,以产教融合为引领,以校企协作为手段,通过专业优化、重构课程体系和教学内容、完善教学实践环节、推进“双师型”教师队伍建设等方面进行人才培养模式改革,从而适应地方行业转型发展对高质量应用型人才的需求。
In order to implement the spirit of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)and respond to the general office of the state council's issuance of several opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education,application-oriented colleges and universities actively explore new modes of talent cultivation.Tt realizes the connection between specialties and industries,between curriculum contents and vocational standards,and between teaching process and work process.This article summarizes the development study practice the guiding ideology and school transformation.It face the mechanical major group of our school,guided by the integration of industry and education.The reform of talent cultivation mode is carried out through professional optimization,reconstruction of curriculum system and teaching content,improvement of teaching practice,and promotion of the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.Therefore,it can meet the demand of high quality applied talents in the transformation and development of local industries.
