摘要 基于沥青及再生剂组分构成,将基础油分与增塑剂按3种比例进行掺配,设计正交实验优选出适宜的抗老化剂掺量,考察TLZS-1型热再生剂掺量对老化沥青针入度、软化点、延度以及RTFOT的影响。通过对再生沥青四组分分析、红外光谱试验和动态剪切流变试验,研究TLZS-1型再生剂的再生机理及其再生效果。结果表明,按橡胶油∶增塑剂80∶20的比例以及1%硅酸盐改性剂、0.6%抗氧化剂、0.2%紫外线吸收剂配制的再生剂再生效果最好,其最佳掺量为6%,TLZS-1型沥青热再生剂有较好的再生效果及抗老化性能。 Based on the composition of asphalt and regenerant components,the base oil component and the plasticizer are selected in three ratios,and the orthogonal test is used to optimize the dosage of the anti-aging agent.The TLZS-1 type thermal regenerant is used.The aged asphalt was subjected to penetration,softening point,ductility and RTFOT test.The regeneration mechanism and regeneration effect of TLZS-1 regenerant were studied by four-component analysis,infrared spectroscopy and dynamic shear rheological tests of reclaimed asphalt.The results showed that the regeneration agent prepared by rubber oil∶plasticizer 80∶20 ratio and 1%silicate modifier,0.6%antioxidant and 0.2%UV absorber had the best regeneration effect;6%TLZS-1 asphalt thermal regenerant has good regeneration effect and anti-aging performance.
