职业教育“三全三导”课程思政育人创新体系——以邢台职业技术学院服装设计与工艺专业为例

On the Innovative System of"Three-whole and Three-oriented"Ideological and Political Education——Taking the Garment Design and Technology Major for Instance

“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”是教育工作的根本问题,加强和改进高职思想政治教育是树立学生正确价值观、获取丰富知识、练就全面技能的重要保障。“三全育人”是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是推进高职思想政治教育的有效路径。邢台职业技术学院服装设计与工艺专业深刻领会、认真贯彻实施“三全育人”理念与精神,实现了思政教育在教育教学工作的全员全过程全方位覆盖,并在此基础上结合自身教学特征创新性开展了“干部年级责任制导向、党员班级责任制导向、教师课堂责任制导向”的“三导”实施策略,完成了服装设计与工艺专业“三全三导”课程思政育人创新体系的构建。

The fundamental problem of education focuses on"what kind of talent should be trained,how to train,and for whom to train".The strengthening and improvement of higher vocational ideological and political education are important for establishing students'correct values,acquiring rich knowledge and training comprehensive skills.“Three-wide Education"is an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and an effective way to promote ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The garment design and technology major in Xingtai Polytechnic College has deeply comprehended and seriously implemented the"Three-whole Education”concept and spirit,realized the whole integration of the ideological education with all teaching works,carried out the strategies of“Three-oriented”education systems combined with their own teaching features,namely,"cadres’class responsibility orientation,class party member cadres responsibility orientation,teachers’classroom guidance responsibility orientation"and completed the curriculum construction of“Three-whole and Three-oriented”ideological education innovation system of the garment design and technology major.
