基于茶文化的高职院校传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化路径研究

The Research on the Ways of Inheriting and Promoting Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Tea Culture

茶文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,高职院校传承与弘扬茶文化无论是从茶器、茶技还是茶道角度,都意义重大,对中华优秀传统文化的发扬光大有着不可估量的推动作用。高职院校要更新理念,构建科学合理的“茶文化”课程体系;依托“互联网+”,拓宽渠道,开展茶文化活动;加强培养茶文化“双师型”师资,推广茶文化。

Tea culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to inherit and carry forward tea culture,from the perspective of tea ware,tea skill and tea ceremony,which has an inestimable role in promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture.Higher vocational colleges should renew their ideas,construct a scientific and reasonable course system of"tea culture",widen channels and carry out tea culture activities based on"internet+",and strengthen the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers of tea culture for its promotion.
