快速货运机车关键系统故障诊断方法研究

Research on fault diagnosis method of key systems of rapid freight locomotive

摘要 为适应我国快速货运铁路机车运用管理实际业务需要,实现对各车载系统的数据监测、地面实时故障报警、专家诊断分析以及数据统计分析等功能,进行机车故障诊断方法的研究,从而实现机车故障诊断与预测系统的建设和应用,有利于提高机车的安全性能并指导机车运行,对机车全寿命周期管理和铁路信息化建设具有重要意义。 In order to meet the real business needs of rapid freight locomotive operation management and realizing the on-board system functions of data monitoring,ground real-time fault alarm,expert diagnosis and analysis,and data statistical analysis,the research of locomotive fault diagnosis method is carried out to realize the construction and application of the locomotive fault diagnosis and prediction system,which helps to improve the safety performance and guide the operation of the locomotive and is of great significance to the management of the locomotive’s full life cycle and the construction of railway information.
