基于VxWorks的机车远程监测装置底层软件设计与实现

Design and realization of underlying software of locomotive remote monitoring device based on VxWorks

介绍了一种在肯尼亚蒙内铁路内燃机车上应用的机车远程监测装置车地无线系统,可以实现机车远程管理、运行维护及数据监视功能,着重阐述了系统中央控制单元的软件设计及实现方法,该软件基于VxWorks操作系统,提供了通信调度、数据记录、远程指令解析以及上层应用软件接口管理等功能,保证系统在实现多种功能并稳定运行的同时,能够高效响应地面指令,满足地面维护人员对线上运行机车的状态监视以及远程运维需求,极大地提高了机车运行过程中的可控性。

This paper introduces a kind of locomotive remote monitoring device vehicle-ground wireless system used in the diesel locomotive of Kenya Inner Mongolia Railway which can realize the functions of locomotive remote management,operation maintenance and data monitoring.The method of software design and realization of the central control unit is emphasized.Based on the Vx Works operating system,the software provides functions of communication scheduling,data recording,remote instruction parsing,the upper level application software interface management,and so on.It ensures that the system can respond to the ground instructions efficiently while realizing various functions and stable operation,and meet the requirements of ground maintenance personnel for the condition monitoring and remote operation and maintenance of the locomotive running on line,which greatly improves the controllability during the operation of locomotive.
