摘要
在"校园贷"问题丛生的背景下,通过对"校园贷"催收现状、监管现状等进行分析,探讨商业银行入局"校园贷"的机遇及挑战,提出了在以增加趣味性、投机性等为手段来吸引大学生的同时,也要注重惩罚措施以降低违约风险的对策建议。
In the context of the campus loan problem, this paper analyzed the current situation of the campus loan collection and supervision, and discussed the opportunities and challenges of commercial banks entering the campus loan. It proposed that the commercial banks should increase interest and speculation in order to attracted the college students. Besides, it should also be payed more attention to punitive measures to reduce the risk of default.
