工程教育的守护与创新——金龙教授祝贺石家庄铁道大学建校70周年访谈

On Tradition and Innovation of the Engineering Education:An Interview with Professor Jin Long upon the 70th Anniversary of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University

在石家庄铁道大学建校70周年庆典前夕,2020年1月10日,本刊副主编在北京与国家铁路局装备技术中心高铁所所长金龙教授就工程教育实践中守护与创新的关系进行了访谈。金教授认为,学校的发展是守护和创新的对立统一。在学校办学理念、服务面向、工程教育改革实践中应对守护和创新的关系保持清醒的认知,时刻把握住主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面,正确处理守护与创新的统一性(同一性)和对立性,才能有效推动学校发展。现将访谈内容整理成文,以飨读者。

On the occasion of the 70 th anniversary of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University,the director of Editorial Office of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University had an interview with professor Jin Long,director of Institute of High-speed Railway in Equipment Technology Center of National Railway Administration and former dean of the School of Traffic and Transportation of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University on January 10,2020.The interview focused on the tradition and innovation of engineering education practice.As put by professor Jin Long,the development of universities is a dialectical unity of tradition and innovation.And a clear mind need be kept in the practice of school running idea,service orientation and engineering education reform,hence to grasp the major aspects of the main contradictions and contradictions at all times,and correctly handle the unity(identity)and opposition of tradition and innovation,so as to effectively promote the development of universities.The interview is sorted out and transcribed for readers in this paper.
