工匠精神是指产品制造者精益求精的态度,包括认知、情感与意志。具体表现为严谨、专注、专业、敬业、创新。大力弘扬精益求精的工匠精神是时代的呼唤,是中国经济转型升级、走向质量时代、打造中国品牌、由制造业大国走向制造业强国的迫切要求。为此,需要从学校、企业和社会环境的改善等方面做出系统的努力,大力培育工匠精神。学校教育是工匠精神培育的基础,企业是工匠精神培育的熔炉,社会环境是工匠精神培育的条件,三者缺一不可,紧密相联。

It is the call of the times to vigorously carry forward the craftsman spirit of enterprise,which is the urgent requirement for China’s economic transformation and upgrading,for China’s quality era,for building China’s brand,and for China to become a manufacturing country from a manufacturing powerhouse.Therefore,it is needed to make systematic efforts from the improvement of schools,enterprises and social environment,and vigorously cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.School education is the basis of the cultivation of craftsman’s spirit,production practice is the melting pot of the cultivation of craftsman’s spirit,and social environment is the condition of the cultivation of craftsman’s spirit.All three are indispensable and closely linked.
