凝神聚力,做好新疆少数民族学生的管理工作

Concentrating on Management of Minority Students from Xinjiang

在新时代中国特色社会主义思想的引领下,积极响应内地高校支援新疆培养少数民族人才协作计划,连续十年招收培养新疆少数民族学生近千余人。新疆少数民族学生的政治敏感性、生源特点以及民族特性对学校的管理工作提出了新的挑战。在长期的管理实践过程中,以“坚决拥护中国共产党的领导,反对民族分裂,促进民族团结”为根本宗旨,利用政治引领、双向融合、自我管理和分层管理等一系列行之有效的方法在新疆少数民族学生的管理方面取得了显著的成绩。

Under the guidance of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,our university actively responded to the cooperation plan of mainland universities supporting Xinjiang in cultivating minority talents,has enrolled and trained nearly 1000 minority students from Xinjiang for ten consecutive years.Xinjiang minority students’political sensitivity,enrollment characteristics and ethnic characteristics pose new challenges to the management.In the process of long-term management practice,we are following the fundamental purpose“firmly support the leadership of the communist party of China,fight against the national split,promote national unity”.By using the political leading,two-way fusion,self management and hierarchical management and a series of effective methods in Xinjiang minority students management,we have made significant achievements.
