麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of maxing shigan decoction on infantile pneumonia

目的:观察麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的84例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以电脑随机法分为两组,各42例。观察组采用麻杏石甘汤治疗,对照组采用西医治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组(92.86%,39/42)的治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组肺部啰音消失时间、止咳时间、退热时间、治愈时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎治疗中应用麻杏石甘汤,能够保证治疗安全性,缩短临床症状缓解时间,加快恢复速度,提高治疗有效率,有临床实践价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:The clinical research object of this experiment was 84 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups of 42 cases by computer random method.The observation group and the control group were respectively take Maxing Shigan decoction and Western medicine to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of 92.85%(39/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group’s lung snoring time,coughing time,antipyretic time,and cure were observed.The time was shorter and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can ensure the safety of treatment,shorten the time for clinical symptom relief,speed up the recovery rate,improve the treatment efficiency,and have clinical practice value.
