艾灸治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床研究

Clinical study on moxibustion in treatment of menstrual disorder due to insufficient luteal function

目的:观察艾灸治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用艾灸治疗,取穴卵巢、子宫、关元、中极、三阴交、足三里;对照组口服黄体酮胶囊治疗。两组均治疗3个月经周期,治疗后以月经周期改善情况、基础体温(BBT)高温相天数作为主要疗效判定标准。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为90.00%(27/30),无明显差异。治疗前后月经周期天数、BBT高温相天数比较,两组治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调疗效显著,能够延长月经周期天数及BBT高温相天数,临床疗效与西药组黄体酮胶囊治疗效果相仿。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on menstrual disorder caused by insufficient luteal function.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion method.Acu-point ovary,uterus,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao and Zusanli were taken.The control group was treated with oral progesterone capsule.Both groups were treated with 3 menstrual cycles.After treatment,the improvement of menstrual cycle and the days of basic body temperature and high temperature phase were taken as the main criteria for judging the curative effect.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),and the effective rate of the control group was 90.00%(27/30).There was no significant difference.However,the days of menstrual cycle and BBT high temperature phase before and after treatment were compared.Both groups showed significant improvementafter treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of menstrual disorder due to insufficient luteal function,which can not only prolong the menstrual cycle days,but also prolong the days of BBT high-temperature phase.The clinical effect is similar to that of progesterone capsule in the western medicine group.
