大肠癌脾胃虚弱证患者舌象特征及舌苔脱落细胞凋亡相关性研究

Characteristics of tongue image and apoptosis of exfoliated cells of tongue and spleen in patients with colorectal cancer Correlation study

目的:探讨大肠癌脾胃虚弱证患者舌象特征、舌苔脱落细胞成熟度与大肠癌的相关性。方法:通过舌象采集,刮取舌苔,并对舌苔脱落细胞采用巴氏染色法观察细胞的成熟度。结果:三组舌质特征、舌苔特征、MI、MV经统计学分析,P<0.05。结论:大肠癌组舌象特征为舌淡白、苔腻,较对照组有明显改变。且大肠癌发生时,舌苔细胞凋亡受抑制,增殖的舌上皮细胞覆于舌面,处于中层的细胞增多(MI中层细胞所占比例升高),舌苔变厚,MV值变小。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of tongue image and the maturity of exfoliated cells in colorectal cancer patients with spleen and stomach weakness,and to correlate with colorectal cancer.Methods:Through the collection of tongue images,the tongue coating was scraped off,and the maturity of the cells was observed by Pap staining.Result:The characteristics of tongue and tongue coating,MI and MV were statistically analyzed in the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of tongue in colorectal cancer group are pale tongue and greasy fur,which are significantly changed compared with the control group.When colorectal cancer oc-curs,the apoptosis of tongue coating cells is inhibited,and the proliferating tongue epithelial cells cover the tongue surface,and the cells in the middle layer increase(the proportion of cells in the middle layer of MI increases),the tongue coating becomes thicker,and the MV value decreases.
