核磁共振血管成像与螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病的价值分析 被引量:12

Analysis of the Value of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Angiography and Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Cerebrovascular Diseases

摘要 目的:探讨核磁共振血管成像(MRA)与螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)诊断脑血管疾病的价值。方法:选择2017年4月~2019年3月115例脑血管疾病患者,均行MIR和CTA检查,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)为"金标准"。结果:经DSA证实,脑动脉瘤共有73例,分布部位:大脑中动脉24例,大脑后动脉16例,后交通动脉11例,前交通动脉10例,小脑后下动脉8例,颈内动脉4例。MRA准确检出71例,准确率为97.3%,CTA准确检出72例,准确率为98.6%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经DSA证实,脑血管畸形共42例,分布部位:额叶17例,枕叶9例,顶叶8例,颞叶4例,侧裂区3例,脑干1例。MRA准确检出41例,准确率为97.6%,CTA准确检出40例,准确率为95.2%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRA与CTA均是诊断脑血管疾病的有效方法,结果可靠。 Objective:To explore the value of nuclear magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and spiral CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:From April 2017 to March 2019,115 patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected for MIR and CTA examinations,and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was used as the"gold standard".Results:As confirmed by DSA,there were 73 cases of cerebral aneurysms.Distribution sites:24 cases of middle cerebral artery,16 cases of posterior cerebral artery,11 cases of posterior communicating artery,10 cases of anterior communicating artery,8 cases of posterior cerebellar artery,and internal carotid artery 4 cases.71 cases were accurately detected by MRA with an accuracy rate of 97.3%,and 72 cases were accurately detected by CTA with an accuracy rate of 98.6%,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).As confirmed by DSA,there were 42 cases of cerebrovascular malformation.The distribution areas were:17 cases of frontal lobe,9 cases of occipital lobe,8 cases of parietal lobe,4 cases of temporal lobe,3 cases of lateral fissure zone,and 1 case of brain stem.41 cases were accurately detected by MRA,the accuracy rate was 97.6%,40 cases were accurately detected by CTA,the accuracy rate was 95.2%,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both MRA and CTA are effective methods for diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases,and the results are reliable.
