腔内彩色多普勒超声诊断膀胱及输尿管中下段癌的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Intraluminal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Carcinoma of Bladder and Ureter

目的:探讨分析腔内彩色多普勒超声诊断膀胱及输尿管中下段癌的临床效果。方法:选取本院2017年4月~2019年5月收治的32例膀胱及输尿管中下段癌患者,患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断,对比分析腹及腔内彩色多普勒超声图像效果。结果:腹部彩色多普勒超声对膀胱癌的检出率60.37%,显著低于腔内彩色多普勒超声检出率91.30%;且动脉血流检出率34.78%,明显低于腔内彩色多普勒超声检出率91.30%(P<0.05)。结论:相较于腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,腔内彩色多普勒超声诊断高质量图像、高血流显示率,临床效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intraluminal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of bladder and ureter cancer.Methods:32 cases of bladder and middle and lower ureter carcinoma were selected from April 2017 to May 2019.All patients were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasonography.The results of Color Doppler ultrasonography were compared and analyzed.Results:The detection rate of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound for bladder cancer was 60.37%,which was significantly lower than the intraluminal color Doppler ultrasound detection rate of 91.30%;and the arterial blood flow detection rate was 34.78%,which was significantly lower than that of intraluminal color Doppler ultrasound.Doppler ultrasound detection rate is 91.30%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,intracavity color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of high-quality images and high blood flow display rate has a good clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
