功能性鼻内镜手术治疗鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响分析

Clinical Effect of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Rhinosinusitis and Analysis of Its Impact on Patients’ Auality of Life

目的:分析研讨功能性鼻内镜手术治疗鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:回顾分析本院2016年2月~2018年12月收治的鼻-鼻窦炎患者中抽取70例,按治疗方式分为对照组(35例接受传统手术治疗)和观察组(35例接受功能性鼻内镜手术治疗),比较治疗效果、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗疗效91.43%高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗前组间SF-36评分差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗鼻-鼻窦炎可首选功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,可显著提升疗效,进而改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery on rhinosinusitis and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 70 patients with rhinosinusitis admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 was divided into a control group(35 cases receiving traditional surgical treatment)and a research group(35 cases receiving function Endoscopic nasal endoscopic surgery),compare treatment effect and quality of life.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 91.43%higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The difference in SF-36 scores before treatment was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of rhinosinusitis can be the first choice for functional endoscopic sinus surgery,which can significantly improve the efficacy and further improve the quality of life.
